A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Only one reschedule is permitted per deposit. To reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Rescheduling after this window will require a new deposit.
Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited if you cancel or do not show up.
The remaining balance is due in CASH (preferred). Card payments are accepted, and tax is included in the price.
Reschedules must be made through the confirmation email you received.
You have a 15 mins grace period to arrive, If you are running late, let us know ahead of time
No-call/no-show clients may be charged the full service amount.
Please avoid canceling unless absolutely necessary.
Your hair must be:
Clean and product-free (no oils or leave-in conditioners)
Washed no more than two days prior
Thoroughly detangled and blown out
(Note: Washing or detangling services will incur an extra charge.)
Do not schedule any major events immediately after your appointment to avoid feeling rushed.
Any hair pass the midback will be charged extra( braid hair colour available are 1, 1b, 2, and 4) If you need any other colour, you must request it before appointment
